System device
System device represents properties of experiment, demon and spectrometer that can be modified during the course of an experiment. System device is always present in the list of devices.

| Shots | Number of shots in experiment |
| XReps / YReps / ZReps / Sim1Reps / Sum2Reps | Number of corresponding axes repetition |
| i / j / k | Dummy variables. Values of these variables are ignored. Do not trigger recalculation of pulse sequence. Can be used to enumerate identical traces in experiment. |
| MTDelay | Delay from the moment of setting of the variable till the sequence master trigger. This variable can be used to account for the settling time of devices. Multiple settings of MTDelay are allowed. The master trigger time will be chosen as the latest time between all times set by MTDelay and software synchronization time (if used). |
